Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the long-term growth strategy and roadmap for educator acquisition.
  • Own the website roadmap, conversion strategy, and continuous experimentation via Webflow.
  • Lead organic growth through SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
  • Manage performance marketing budgets and optimize paid acquisition channels.
  • Build measurement systems, dashboards, and attribution models to track CAC and ROI.
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to drive product-led growth and onboarding.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2C or product-led growth marketing.
  • Proven track record of scaling acquisition engines at high-growth tech companies.
  • Deep expertise in CRO, experimentation, SEO, and performance marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Chrome Extensions or browser ecosystems.
  • Background in consumer subscription models or PLG.
  • Experience in the education technology sector.
