Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta and TikTok
• Own the overall paid social strategy and media mix recommendations
• Manage large-scale budgets to maximize ROI and acquisition volume
• Direct a data-driven creative strategy in collaboration with the Creative team
• Build forecasts and scenario models to inform spend and scaling
• Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and landing page experimentation
• Partner with Data teams to implement tracking and reporting mechanisms
• Use AI tools to streamline analysis and automate repetitive processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing
• Deep hands-on expertise managing and scaling paid direct response campaigns on Meta and TikTok
• Experience personally managing monthly budgets of $1M+
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, tracking, and attribution
• Analytical proficiency with SQL and BI tools (e.g., Omni, Looker, Tableau)
• Experience marketing B2C services, subscriptions, or high-consideration direct response businesses
• Bachelor's degree and relevant professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Marketing experience in healthcare, healthtech, or other regulated industries
