Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day performance, execution, and optimization of select paid channels
  • Serve as the primary manager of the paid media agency, setting strategy and reviewing performance
  • Lead and scale the whitelisting and creator amplification program in partnership with creative and influencer teams
  • Partner with creative strategists and brand teams to concept, test, and iterate on ad creative
  • Translate high-level growth targets into channel-level execution plans, including budget allocation and forecasting
  • Drive a structured testing roadmap across creative, audiences, and platform features
  • Collaborate with the broader team to leverage attribution and incrementality data

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a high-growth DTC environment managing paid acquisition
  • Deep expertise in paid social acquisition, specifically Meta and TikTok
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious channel targets
  • Highly analytical with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights
  • Strong understanding of CAC efficiency, incrementality, and attribution
  • Experience managing external agencies and setting high performance bars
  • Deep understanding of creator-led and whitelisted advertising
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
