Job description
Responsibilities
- Lead development and scaling of dedicated automation/orchestration practices within Tier 1 Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) across EMEA, with a focus on UAE (Dubai).
- Define and execute partner strategies, negotiate partnership models, and build joint value propositions and GTM initiatives to accelerate ARR.
- Drive partner enablement: design and deliver sales and technical training for GSI teams to identify, position, and execute Camunda solutions.
- Generate partner-sourced pipeline and influence strategic deals through targeted programs, marketing, and field-level engagement.
- Build senior relationships across GSI executive, sales, and delivery teams; act as Camunda’s strategic advocate in complex, matrixed engagements.
- Coordinate cross-functional internal teams (Partner Marketing, Sales, Regional Partner Managers) to align investments and joint solutions.

- Comfortable using product platforms and developer-facing tools
