Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor to senior Sales and Marketing leaders
  • Align people strategies with commercial business objectives and go-to-market pipelines
  • Provide data-driven talent recommendations using people analytics and turnover trends
  • Partner with Total Rewards and Finance to optimize sales incentive compensation plans
  • Coach commercial leaders on leadership capability, performance management, and accountability
  • Lead organizational design, role clarity initiatives, and proactive workforce planning
  • Guide commercial teams through high-stakes transitions and territory realignments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive human resources experience
  • Proven track record as an HRBP supporting high-growth Sales and Marketing organizations
  • Experience with sales compensation plans, commission structures, and quota alignment
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and constructively challenge senior executives
  • Ability to navigate fast-paced, high-growth environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience contributing to sales compensation architecture and incentive alignment
  • Sophisticated problem-solving skills for complex personnel and business situations
