About the Company

Enveritas measures and assesses sustainability of production on farms, and builds solutions and interventions to make smallholder agriculture more sustainable and improve farmer livelihoods. We combine machine learning, remote sensing, and rigorous fieldwork to understand supply chain sustainability and farmer livelihoods.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and quantify the potential of solutions to sustainability challenges
• Assess and develop candidate interventions across precision agriculture, sustainable livelihoods, carbon sequestration, and microfinance
• Lead the design, launch, and management of programs including piloting, monitoring, and scaling
• Spend substantial time at origin in smallholder communities across Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, or Asia
• Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to build credibility and relationships

Requirements

• 2-6 years of professional experience
• At least 2 years in a high-intensity environment such as strategy consulting, finance/PE, or a VC-backed startup
• University degree in science or engineering preferred
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with familiarity with large datasets
• Proficiency with R or Python, including the use of AI tools for coding and automation
• Ability to structure complex problems and communicate them clearly
• Genuine appetite for fieldwork and adaptability to working in smallholder communities
