Senior Implementation Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client lead during implementation and conduct stakeholder interviews
• Oversee customer onboarding including planning, configuration, testing, training, and go-live
• Use KPIs to demonstrate ROI and support customer expansion strategies
• Upsell and cross-sell new products to established customers
• Develop scalable customer-success frameworks, SOPs, and playbooks
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure measurable impact

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in healthcare (provider, payer, or healthcare technology)
• 4+ years of experience leading healthcare IT or SaaS implementations
• Proven track record scaling complex, multi-stakeholder implementations
• Exposure to customer-support workflows and tools
• Ability to travel up to 25% for customer implementations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous startup experience
• Experience in Cardiology or Oncology
