Senior Implementation Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle Salesforce implementations including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and testing
• Configure and optimize SFDC objects, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, reports, and dashboards
• Drive enterprise-wide CRM strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals
• Oversee migrations, consolidations, and enhancements to CRM systems while ensuring data integrity
• Lead project planning and delivery using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
• Facilitate requirements workshops, design sessions, and UAT cycles with stakeholders
• Manage relationships with external implementation partners, system integrators, and vendors
• Drive change management and training programs to ensure high adoption rates

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in CRM implementation and project management
• Strong focus on Salesforce expertise
• Salesforce Administrator certification (required)
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end Salesforce implementations
• Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, data modeling, and integration patterns
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for executive audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data migration, ETL tools, and CRM integrations (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi)
• Familiarity with retail tech, kiosk operations, or consumer electronics industries
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification
• Experience in high-growth or PE-backed company environments
