Founded in 2015, PHIL is a Series D health-tech startup building a platform that interfaces between doctors, pharmacies, and patients to streamline the prescription process. Their B2B2C platform provides end-to-end prescription management and delivery services, connecting patients, prescribers, pharmacies, and manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle implementation delivery from kickoff through activation
• Lead discovery and translate client objectives into technical specifications and operational protocols
• Design and document program architecture, including configuration standards and business logic
• Drive cross-functional execution across product, engineering, operations, sales, and client success
• Monitor implementation health, risk tracking, and priority dashboards
• Serve as a product subject matter expert on platform capabilities and data workflows
• Oversee technical requests and ensure alignment with broader initiatives
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and scalable delivery frameworks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of technology-enabled services implementation experience
• 5+ years of vendor-side ownership of enterprise implementations
• 5+ years managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
• Technical fluency in APIs, SFTP, flat file transfers, and SQL
• Familiarity with AI and LLM applications
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
