Senior Implementation Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of mid-market to enterprise sized clients
• Create and maintain project plans to ensure tasks are completed within defined timelines
• Lead client facing presentations and deliver clear updates on project progress
• Collaborate with clients to capture and document business requirements
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, Account Management, and Integrations
• Cultivate strong relationships with key client stakeholders as their primary contact
• Provide in-depth assistance and training to clients on product features and best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years experience leading client-facing implementation projects
• Experience in health insurance, employer health benefits, or health tech industries preferred
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects concurrently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Slack, G Suite, and Asana or Smartsheet
• Knowledge of medical claims processing and/or Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is a plus
