Senior Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage complex compensation planning cycles spanning merit, bonus, and equity workflows
• Build and troubleshoot compensation and bonus formulas using proprietary formula languages
• Audit data inputs and validate outputs to ensure accuracy
• Develop custom compensation outputs including PDF letter templates and ad hoc reporting
• Configure, set up, and migrate third-party integrations and SFTP connections
• Diagnose and resolve integration issues, data mapping errors, and sync failures using UI and API response objects
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout each engagement
• Translate complex technical concepts clearly for non-technical audiences
• Create and maintain internal documentation and provide product feedback to Engineering

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Professional Services, SaaS, or consulting
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects independently
• Direct customer-facing experience from SMB to Enterprise
• Experience configuring or managing third-party integrations and SFTP connections
• Strong aptitude for data structures, technical systems, and software configuration
• Experience with HTML, CSS, or Markdown
• Experience with complex custom formulas (Excel, Python, SQL, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integration patterns
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, coding bootcamp, or equivalent military experience
• Experience in compensation planning, total rewards, or HR operations
• Business consulting background
• Hands-on experience with Postman, Zendesk, or similar tools
