Responsibilities

• Design and execute scalable implementation frameworks and technical best practices for enterprise deployments
• Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from post-sale handoff through go-live readiness
• Lead technical go-live execution including project planning, ERP integrations, and data ingestion coordination
• Partner cross-functionally with Integrations, Product, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success
• Guide customers through AI-driven change and the adoption of automated workflows

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience with 5+ years leading software implementations (ERP or finance systems preferred)
• Strong understanding of ERP ecosystems, integrations, and enterprise data workflows
• Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple technical and business workstreams
