Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Tech/Data Science teams for customer-focused programs
  • Execute promotions with operational efficiency
  • Manage large budget lines and track spend
  • Drive test-and-learn initiatives globally
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Marketing/CRM/Commercial roles
  • Strategic & operational mindset
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong interpersonal abilities
  • Self-starter in fast-paced environment
  • Proven results-driven approach
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficient in Excel/Looker
  • Fluent English
