Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and observability stacks (metrics, logs, traces, alerts)
• Build repeatable, self-service infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD
• Own end-to-end rollouts including progressive delivery, canaries, and safe migrations
• Operate systems for nodes, validators, RPC, and indexing, tuning for performance and cost
• Lead incident response, on-call rotations, and blameless postmortems
• Partner with product and protocol teams to design production-ready services

Requirements

• Strong experience operating production infrastructure at scale (cloud or bare metal)
• Deep Linux fundamentals
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or Pulumi)
• Experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong programming skills in Go and/or TypeScript
• Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
• Experience operating and monitoring distributed systems
• Interest in crypto and on-chain systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating blockchain node infrastructure (validators, RPC, archive nodes)
• Experience with high-performance networking and low-latency systems
• Experience with multi-region and geo-distributed deployments
• Knowledge of security and key management (HSMs, secrets management)
• Familiarity with EVM tooling and Web3 infrastructure
