Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a full-cycle data ETL pipeline
  • Implement features end-to-end within the Ingestion team
  • Advocate for engineering best practices and provide technical leadership
  • Collaborate with product teams to ideate, develop, and deploy new features
  • Participate in on-call duties
  • Mentor junior engineers

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industry experience as a software engineer
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Strong understanding of relational databases (SQL)
  • Experience owning and leading technical projects across teams
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with distributed systems such as Apache Kafka or Apache Spark
  • Experience with AI coding assistance tools like Cursor or Claude Code
