Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Sales Growth & Market Expansion: Develop new sales strategies and channels across the UAE and wider MEA region, generating leads and successfully driving the sales cycle to completion.
  • End-to-End Sales Cycle Management: Lead the entire sales cycle, from research and lead generation to conversion and account management, ensuring sustainable client relationships.
  • Client Service & Issue Resolution: Handle time-sensitive client inquiries, including those related to APIs, products, liquidity, and accounts, delivering efficient and timely solutions.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Organize meetings, capture key discussions, and ensure effective follow-up with all internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Fluency in English; an additional language (Arabic or Hindi) preferred
  • Extensive network within wealth management, private banking, and related sectors
  • Proven sales expertise in financial services
  • Experience building partnerships with traditional finance institutions
  • Stakeholder management with cross-functional teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach
  • Highly motivated and self-driven
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment
