Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and onboard new institutional clients including hedge funds, asset managers, and prop firms
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive global institutional revenue growth
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and tailor pricing structures based on client volume and potential
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with liquidity providers, IBs, and fintech platforms
  • Coordinate with compliance, dealing, and legal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
  • Represent the company at international financial summits, expos, and networking events
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to refine growth strategies
  • Provide regular pipeline and market intelligence reports to senior management

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of institutional sales or business development experience in the Forex/CFD industry
  • Established network of institutional clients across MENA, Europe, Asia, or LATAM
  • Deep technical knowledge of MT4, MT5, cTrader, liquidity aggregation, and FIX protocol
  • Proven track record in B2B negotiations and managing high-value institutional partnerships
  • Strong understanding of global regulatory environments such as ESMA, FCA, CySEC, and DFSA
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic, Spanish, Chinese, or Russian is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
