Senior IT & Business Continuity Manager

Responsibilities

• Own all IT operations end-to-end including device procurement, management, and SaaS administration
• Administer MDM platform and maintain a secure fleet of Mac and Windows devices
• Manage core business tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and 1Password
• Lead IT onboarding and offboarding processes
• Manage Notion workspace permissions, access controls, and structural integrity
• Evaluate, pilot, and govern AI tools across the business
• Implement IT security fundamentals like endpoint protection and MFA in partnership with Security Engineering
• Own the Vanta GRC platform to manage compliance posture and project manage SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI certifications
• Manage third-party IT partners and transition support in-house

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT experience, ideally in high-growth startup or remote-first SaaS/fintech environments
• Proven ability to build IT infrastructure and processes from scratch
• Hands-on experience with GRC tools (Vanta preferred, Drata or similar acceptable)
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS
• Experience administering Notion at scale including workspace governance
• Familiarity with AI tool adoption and security considerations
• Experience managing a Mac-heavy, fully remote team and SaaS stack
• Strong project management and communication skills
