Senior Java Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, highly available, and high-performance backend services using Java
• Take ownership of backend architecture and optimize system scalability, reliability, and performance
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, design, testing, and deployment
• Build secure, resilient, and maintainable distributed systems for high-concurrency workloads
• Develop and optimize APIs, database models, and system integrations
• Conduct code reviews and drive engineering best practices
• Monitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents, and identify performance bottlenecks
• Lead or contribute to the development of AI engineering capabilities and infrastructure

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of backend development experience with strong proficiency in Java
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and MyBatis or MyBatis-Plus
• Strong experience designing distributed systems with a focus on scalability and fault tolerance
• Experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL and Redis caching
• Familiarity with message queues such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or RocketMQ
• Experience with microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Understanding of RESTful API design and backend security
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
• Basic English reading and writing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Web3, digital asset custody, cryptocurrency exchange, or blockchain infrastructure
• Experience designing high-throughput, low-latency backend systems
• Experience applying AI technologies to engineering productivity or building AI-powered applications
• Full-stack development experience
