Senior Lawyer- UAE

Responsibilities

• Offer legal advice to the company, specializing in UAE laws, especially in areas such as e-commerce, consumer protection, data privacy, and commercial contracts.
• Collaborate with external legal advisors to gain insights and guidance from legal experts across the UAE and other GCC countries.
• Ensure full compliance with local regulations, including monitoring developments in advertising, IP, and payment systems.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, supplier agreements, licenses, and platform documentation, aligning them with business objectives and legal standards.
• Track and analyze new legislation, advising the business on how regulatory changes may impact operations and strategy.
• Identify and manage legal risks, advising internal teams on risk mitigation strategies and ensuring contracts adhere to company policies.
• Share insights into regulatory approaches and best practices across the region, helping the company adapt to legal and market shifts.
