About the Company

Lido Labs Foundation is an independent organisation dedicated to supporting the growth and resilience of the Lido protocol.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate, and advise on a broad range of commercial contracts including strategic partnerships and vendor arrangements
• Collaborate with ecosystem contributors to ensure contractual alignment with protocol goals
• Support contract management, negotiation workflows, and risk assessment processes
• Provide practical legal advice on new opportunities, product integrations, and commercial partnerships
• Proactively identify, analyse, and mitigate legal risks
• Support the development of legal frameworks to strengthen ecosystem resilience
• Contribute to thought leadership regarding decentralised protocols and legal innovation

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience at a law firm or in-house
• Significant exposure to complex commercial transactions
• Deep experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Strong commercial judgment and risk-based decision-making skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex legal topics into actionable advice
• Comfort working with decentralised teams or open-source initiatives
• Fluency in Russian is strongly preferred

• Demonstrated interest in crypto, DeFi, decentralised governance, or open-source ecosystems
