Senior Legal Operations and Privacy Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced legal research on global data privacy laws
• Draft and review various agreements and policies
• Monitor regulatory developments to ensure ongoing compliance
• Optimize legal workflows and manage legal technology tools
• Support contract lifecycle management
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and Product teams to maintain data governance frameworks
• Oversee the lifecycle of compliance policies and corporate records

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in legal operations or paralegal roles
• Experience within SaaS or highly regulated sectors preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in data privacy and legal research
• Experience with corporate entity management
• Ability to translate complex legal requirements into actionable guidance
