Responsibilities
- Own pre-purchase lifecycle strategy, including nurture, abandon checkout, reactivation, and product launch communications
- Execute end-to-end within Braze, including designing canvases, building segments, and managing deliverability
- Set up measurement frameworks using holdouts, incrementality, and LCM-attributed conversions in Amplitude/Sigma
- Use AI tools like AirOps and Claude to accelerate content ideation, drafting, and segmentation
- Partner with Product, Clinical, Brand, and Paid teams to ensure compliant and cohesive messaging
- Phase in post-purchase lifecycle management, including onboarding and adherence support
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in Lifecycle or CRM for consumer subscription, healthcare, or fintech
- Expert-level Braze experience (canvases, Liquid, Connected Content, segmentation)
- Proven track record of rigorous experimentation and incrementality testing
- Strong writing and editing instincts for briefing creative teams
- Active use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) in daily workflows
- Experience working within regulated environments (MLR/legal review)
- Analytical fluency with tools like Amplitude, Sigma, Looker, or SQL
- Startup operator mindset: proactive, high-ownership, and outcome-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in GLP-1, weight-loss, or metabolic health categories
- Experience transitioning a lifecycle program from an agency to in-house
- Expertise in deliverability and sender reputation
