Senior M&A / Private Equity Lawyer

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of public and private M&A and private equity transactions across the Middle East.
• Take ownership and manage complex transactions from start to finish.
• Develop transactional, organisational, and technical skills.
• Work closely with clients and other lawyers.
• Mentor junior associates.

Requirements

• 5-7 years post-qualified experience in M&A and Private Equity.
• Proven track record in leading or acting on M&A and Private Equity transactions.
• Previous experience in a top tier international law firm.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language is a plus but not required.
• Strong legal ability with practical commercial approach.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• Outstanding academic record.
