Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of public and private M&A and private equity transactions across the Middle East.
- Take ownership and manage complex transactions from start to finish.
- Develop transactional, organisational, and technical skills.
- Work closely with clients and other lawyers.
- Mentor junior associates.
Requirements
- 5-7 years post-qualified experience in M&A and Private Equity.
- Proven track record in leading or acting on M&A and Private Equity transactions.
- Previous experience in a top tier international law firm.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language is a plus but not required.
- Strong legal ability with practical commercial approach.
- Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
- Outstanding academic record.
