Senior M&A and Regulatory Lawyer

Responsibilities

• Support cross-border M&A and corporate transactions focusing on technology and gambling businesses
• Conduct legal due diligence of targets across multiple jurisdictions
• Structure transactions and market-entry projects considering corporate, regulatory, tax, and financial factors
• Provide legal and regulatory support for entering and operating in regulated gambling markets
• Coordinate with gambling regulators on licensing and approvals
• Manage the full legal lifecycle of group entities including incorporations, compliance, and reorganizations
• Maintain governance registers, KYC files, and group structures

Requirements

• Legally qualified in a civil or common law jurisdiction
• 4+ years of relevant experience in corporate law, M&A, or legal entity management
• Strong experience supporting cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions
• Practical experience with gambling law and regulatory matters in regulated markets
• Experience managing legal entities across multiple jurisdictions
• Excellent English drafting, communication, and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• In-house experience within a multinational organization
• Experience with M&A transactions involving iGaming companies
• Familiarity with beneficial ownership, KYC/AML, and fiduciary structures
• Experience with tax and financial structuring of corporate transactions
