Senior Machine Learning Engineer, AdTech

Responsibilities

• Optimize real-time bidding strategies and auction mechanics to efficiently spend ad budgets and deliver against campaign targets
• Analyze and improve models for event predictions, user embeddings, and clustering
• Develop fraud detection systems and cross-device user identification mechanisms
• Engineer new features for multiple machine learning models including cookieless targeting solutions
• Mine diverse data sources to support model development and business insights
• Maintain and support existing codebase for data integration and production ML systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning or data science
• 3+ years of experience with RTB auction or similar online advertising technologies
• Advanced Python proficiency with standard DS packages (numpy, pandas, scikit-learn) and code optimization skills
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures including sorting, search trees, binary heaps, tries, and computational complexity analysis
• Deep understanding of probability and statistics: hypothesis testing, Markov processes, Bayesian inference
• Expertise in ML techniques: dimensionality reduction, PCA/SVD, L1/L2 regularization, decision trees and ensembles, neural networks, collaborative filtering
• Proficiency in Java or R as secondary languages
