Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the full ML lifecycle, including data collection, labeling, training, optimization, and production rollout
• Train CV/ML models to detect deepfakes, segment documents, and uncover complex anomaly patterns in real time
• Serve models efficiently using FastAPI and PyTorch, integrating with a high-load Java backend
• Build and monitor ML pipelines and dashboards using Airflow, ClickHouse, and Superset
• Balance research with speed by implementing both deep learning models and clever heuristics to solve problems quickly

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an ML or CV Engineer in fast-paced, high-load product environments
• Strong background in deep learning frameworks, specifically PyTorch
• Solid production-grade engineering skills and experience with ML pipelines
• Deep understanding of the data lifecycle, including labeling, collection, sampling, and managing distribution shifts
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate proactively with PMs and backend teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with model serving infrastructure such as Triton, FastAPI, queues, or autoscaling
• Proficiency with big data and stream processing tools like Kafka, Flink, Trino, or ClickHouse
• Experience designing and analyzing online experiments and A/B tests
