Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and management of the Alumni Mentorship Program
  • Cultivate relationships with alumni mentors, speakers, and volunteers
  • Coordinate alumni micro-grant programs and community-building opportunities
  • Execute engagement strategies within local communities in partnership with staff
  • Support connections between alumni and local teen experiences
  • Develop scalable systems and processes for alumni engagement
  • Coordinate alumni involvement in immersive experiences like International Convention
  • Track engagement metrics and maintain organized participant data
  • Execute segmented communication strategies across email, social, and digital platforms
  • Support the growth of the BBYO Alumni Association brand through storytelling

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in alumni engagement, community engagement, or nonprofit leadership
  • Experience managing complex, relationship-driven programs
  • Strong project management and operational leadership skills
  • Ability to build and steward relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using data and metrics to inform program improvements
  • Passion for the Jewish community and teen leadership development
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.
