Job description
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and management of the Alumni Mentorship Program
- Cultivate relationships with alumni mentors, speakers, and volunteers
- Coordinate alumni micro-grant programs and community-building opportunities
- Execute engagement strategies within local communities in partnership with staff
- Support connections between alumni and local teen experiences
- Develop scalable systems and processes for alumni engagement
- Coordinate alumni involvement in immersive experiences like International Convention
- Track engagement metrics and maintain organized participant data
- Execute segmented communication strategies across email, social, and digital platforms
- Support the growth of the BBYO Alumni Association brand through storytelling
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 3-5 years of professional experience in alumni engagement, community engagement, or nonprofit leadership
- Experience managing complex, relationship-driven programs
- Strong project management and operational leadership skills
- Ability to build and steward relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in using data and metrics to inform program improvements
- Passion for the Jewish community and teen leadership development
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.
