Senior Manager, Benefit Verification & Authorization Operations

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the BVA service by developing processes, workflows, and SOPs
• Partner with AI Engineering to identify automation opportunities and translate operational needs into technical requirements
• Drive operational excellence through performance metrics, quality assurance, and capacity planning
• Define and manage the customer experience from onboarding through ongoing service delivery
• Lead and develop BVA Managers and Team Leads to build a strong leadership bench

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in operations, service delivery, or revenue cycle management
• 3+ years of experience leading people leaders (Managers/Team Leads)
• Proven track record of building and standardizing processes in growing environments
