About the Company

Jerry is building the first AI agent to manage all your physical assets. Starting with car insurance, Jerry has grown into a top 3 U.S. broker and is expanding into home, motorcycle, and RV management to become a one-stop-shop for asset ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytical function for a core business unit (Growth, Product, AI/Automation, or Strategic Partnerships) end-to-end
• Define business problems and ensure analyses inform critical decisions
• Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments
• Surface data insights to move key metrics and drive outcomes across product, growth, finance, or operations

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact
• Clear and persuasive communication skills to influence leadership decisions
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in McKinsey, BCG, or Bain style environments
• Ability to act as an owner and drive execution beyond pure strategy
