Senior Manager, Brand Communications and PR

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute public relations strategy, including proactive media outreach and reputation management
• Provide strategic public relations consultation to chapters to ensure national alignment
• Identify and assess emerging issues and reputational risks
• Lead public relations strategy for national corporate partnerships and brand activations
• Partner with digital and social teams to develop integrated media strategies
• Serve as a spokesperson and lead contact for significant media interactions
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the National Communications team, including budgeting and agency management
• Lead measurement and analysis of earned media performance

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in public relations or communications
• 5+ years of experience in crisis and issues management
• 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring PR professionals
• Demonstrated success building relationships with national media
• Experience leading PR for national corporate partnerships
• Proficiency with earned media monitoring and analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting executive-level communications and leadership messaging
• Proven ability to lead integrated communications across earned, owned, and social channels
