Senior Manager, Broadline Foodservice

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with large broad-line distributors like PFG, Vistar, Sysco, and US Foods
• Collaborate with distribution partners to optimize product reach and logistics efficiencies
• Partner with distribution partners on marketing efforts to build brand awareness
• Serve as a key point of contact for contract foodservice customers including Compass, Canteen, Sodexo, and Aramark
• Identify unique customer needs and recommend customized distribution solutions
• Support contract negotiations and day-to-day execution to ensure product availability
• Partner with Foodservice, On-Premise, Supply Chain, and Operations teams for seamless coordination
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions
• Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to supporting individual contributors
• Track and report on key distribution metrics, customer satisfaction, and sales performance
• Own monthly forecasts with a goal of 95% accuracy

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in distribution, supply chain management, or the foodservice industry
• 2–4 years of experience in a supervisory or people-leadership capacity
• Proven experience maintaining relationships with large broad-liners and contract foodservice customers
• Strong knowledge of foodservice distribution systems and logistics
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Experience coaching or mentoring individual contributors
