Senior Manager, Business Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution across functional areas, ensuring seamless delivery across the full client lifecycle
• Own pricing and utilization management analytics to structure deals balancing client needs and commercial objectives
• Lead client implementation processes end-to-end, driving cross-functional accountability
• Own the cross-functional issue log and resolve complex systemic client escalations
• Serve as a workstream owner on key company-wide initiatives
• Manage and develop 1-2 direct reports
• Identify and close operational gaps through process optimization and tooling

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in business operations, revenue operations, or management consulting
• Demonstrated ability to work with financial models, pricing structures, or client-level P&L analysis
• Proven ability to drive complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams to completion
• Experience managing direct reports
• Strong process design and project management skills
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare background, specifically working with health plans
• Experience working with enterprise sales teams
• Familiarity with deal structuring, contract review, or pricing governance in a B2B environment
