Senior Manager - Business Planning and Operations

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee regional performance management, including OKRs, scorecards, and performance insights
• Drive consistency and quality of performance reporting across leadership forums, business reviews, and townhalls
• Lead the preparation, synthesis, and facilitation of executive-level materials to support decision-making
• Establish and maintain clear action tracking, prioritization, and escalation mechanisms for leadership commitments
• Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders regarding performance trends, risks, and execution challenges
• Champion continuous improvement in performance management processes, including the use of GenAI-enabled tools

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in performance management, business planning, or operational effectiveness
• Background in corporate management consulting, internal consulting, or advisory environments
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and synthesize complex data for senior stakeholders
• Extensive experience preparing executive-level communications
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with a focus on executive storytelling
