Senior Manager, Client Onboarding and Implementation

Backed by Y Combinator, our platform features a procurement marketplace, ecommerce experience, and a next-generation practice management system used by over 25,000 hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5+ Onboarding Specialists
• Own the overall implementation strategy and lifecycle from planning to execution
• Serve as the escalation point and key liaison between veterinary clinics and internal teams
• Define team-wide project goals, success metrics, and delivery standards
• Guide clinics through complex migrations of existing workflows onto the new platform
• Build, refine, and scale project management processes, templates, and tooling
• Partner with Product and Engineering to influence implementation workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years managing complex software implementation projects in SaaS or tech-enabled services
• 2+ years in a people management role
• Proven experience leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in project management tools and building scalable processes
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel to client sites up to 10–15%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with clinics, healthcare providers, or other medical environments
