Senior Manager, Clinical Programs

Responsibilities

• Set the overall vision and strategic plan for the Clinical Programs organization to drive product adoption and growth
• Lead technical assessments as part of the sales process to drive customer outcomes
• Define and optimize the customer lifecycle through engagement programs and continuous improvement
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing global team of Clinical Program Managers
• Develop a company-wide customer success motion integrating processes across Marketing, Sales, and Product
• Align with sales management on renewal forecasting, coverage plans, and account opportunities
• Collaborate with Technical Assistance, Marketing, and Product leadership on software releases and customer requests
• Address escalated client issues with speed and urgency

Requirements

• Progressive leadership experience in MedTech
• Associate degree in Radiologic Sciences or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• 5+ years of hands-on clinical experience in radiology and/or critical care nursing
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role supporting clinical product adoption
• 3–5+ years of experience in a people-management capacity leading clinical support teams
• Ability to travel up to 50%, including occasional weekends
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• MR imaging experience
• Deep understanding of the clinical and critical care environment
