Senior Manager, Clinical Quality and Documentation Integrity

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Clinical Quality Associates, managing performance and setting clear expectations
• Own provider quality and termination processes by defining clinical standards and maintaining review criteria
• Establish documentation integrity standards and ensure payor audit readiness across the provider network
• Serve as a clinical subject matter expert for Product, Operations, and Payor Partnerships teams
• Review cross-functional initiatives to ensure clinical soundness and flag potential risks
• Identify and resolve issues across workstreams independently

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent)
• 5–7 years of clinical quality experience
• Direct experience managing a clinical quality team
• Experience with payor audit response, documentation compliance, or clinical documentation standards in behavioral health
• Ability to translate clinical logic into actionable requirements for non-clinical partners
