Senior Manager, Compliance Services

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior subject matter expert for the Stakeholder Engagement platform and strategic advisor to customers
• Interpret evolving compliance landscapes and advise customers on best practices and risk mitigation
• Partner with Product and Engineering to provide compliance input on roadmap planning and requirement definition
• Support Sales during demos, RFPs, and prospect discussions as the compliance SME
• Build long-term customer relationships and act as an escalation point for complex issues
• Develop thought-leadership content such as whitepapers and guidance documents

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience in life sciences (commercial compliance, medical operations, transparency, or HCP/HCO engagement)
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and global laws governing HCP/HCO interactions (OIG, PhRMA, AdvaMed, EFPIA, Sunshine Act)
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to influence and lead across functions without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or relevant certification (HCCP, RAC, etc.)
• Experience in a customer-facing or advisory role
• Familiarity with compliance technologies, CRM, or workflow tools
