Senior Manager, Construction Operations

Responsibilities

• Define and own the KPI framework for Regional Project Managers including on-time completion, budget variance, and quality inspection pass rates
• Run regular performance review cadences with Regional PMs
• Serve as the escalation point for issues that cannot be resolved at the regional level
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to make regional performance visible to leadership
• Standardize installation tracking across regions to ensure comparable performance data
• Manage, coach, and develop the Regional Project Manager team

Requirements

• 5+ years managing a distributed field team in construction or home services
• Proven track record of building KPI frameworks and performance management systems from scratch
• Direct people management experience
• Proficiency in using data and dashboards to drive decision-making
• Experience managing teams through organizational change
