Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Customer Onboarding Managers to ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction
  • Work with mid-market and enterprise customers, coordinating with leadership at all levels
  • Develop and implement scalable onboarding processes and strategies
  • Collaborate with sales, product, customer success, and support teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey
  • Monitor onboarding metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the onboarding team on product updates and best practices
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities during the onboarding process
  • Manage customer expectations and resolve issues during implementation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of people management experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related SaaS roles
  • Proven track record of managing teams and meeting business KPIs
  • Strong analytical approach to problem-solving and a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
