Job description
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Onboarding Managers to ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction
- Work with mid-market and enterprise customers, coordinating with leadership at all levels
- Develop and implement scalable onboarding processes and strategies
- Collaborate with sales, product, customer success, and support teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey
- Monitor onboarding metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Conduct regular training sessions for the onboarding team on product updates and best practices
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities during the onboarding process
- Manage customer expectations and resolve issues during implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, or a related field
- 3-5 years of people management experience
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related SaaS roles
- Proven track record of managing teams and meeting business KPIs
- Strong analytical approach to problem-solving and a data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
