Senior Manager Finance

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Perform detailed financial and variance analysis to support business decisions.
• Prepare accurate and timely management reports, board presentations and investor updates.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity; oversee treasury activities and working capital.
• Assess financial risks and implement internal controls to safeguard assets.
• Coordinate internal and external audit processes; drive remediation actions.
• Improve financial systems, tools and processes to increase efficiency and data integrity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, operations and HR teams to support business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years
• IFRS/GAAP
• Financial analysis
• Budgeting & forecasting
• Advanced Excel
• ERP systems

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Experience in luxury retail or multi-channel retail finance
• Experience with SAP or major financial ERPs
• Prior exposure to treasury and cash management
• Experience managing audits and implementing controls
