Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with key FMCG clients to understand their business goals and marketing research requirements
- Generate opportunities for NIQ to propose relevant research programs supporting client growth
- Prospect new opportunities, take research briefs, and develop targeted proposals
- Act as a single point of contact for clients during project milestones
- Manage client stakeholders, handle queries or complaints, and provide expert consultation
- Oversee client financials including invoicing and collections
- Develop strategic understanding of industry trends, competitors, and opportunities
- Deliver thorough reviews of internal and client financials for top management, including budget and forecast
Requirements
- 10+ years relevant working experience, with FMCG market research experience required
- Proficiency in English
- Strong understanding of technical FMCG industry briefs and end-to-end proposal development
- Ability to interpret data and analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills and consultative selling experience
- Ability to operate in a multicultural environment and manage multiple stakeholders
- Competent negotiation and influencing skills
- Knowledge and exposure to UAE/GCC markets is a plus (preferably with multinational market research agency experience)
