Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with key FMCG clients to understand their business goals and marketing research requirements
  • Generate opportunities for NIQ to propose relevant research programs supporting client growth
  • Prospect new opportunities, take research briefs, and develop targeted proposals
  • Act as a single point of contact for clients during project milestones
  • Manage client stakeholders, handle queries or complaints, and provide expert consultation
  • Oversee client financials including invoicing and collections
  • Develop strategic understanding of industry trends, competitors, and opportunities
  • Deliver thorough reviews of internal and client financials for top management, including budget and forecast

Requirements

  • 10+ years relevant working experience, with FMCG market research experience required
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong understanding of technical FMCG industry briefs and end-to-end proposal development
  • Ability to interpret data and analysis tools
  • Excellent communication skills and consultative selling experience
  • Ability to operate in a multicultural environment and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Competent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Knowledge and exposure to UAE/GCC markets is a plus (preferably with multinational market research agency experience)
