Senior Manager, Global Transparency

Responsibilities

• Maintain expertise in U.S. and global life sciences compliance requirements related to transparency reporting
• Serve as the primary compliance advisor for transparency customers regarding regulatory interpretation and risk mitigation
• Oversee customer support and professional services delivery
• Manage customer relationships and act as an escalation point for support and product issues
• Ensure achievement of reporting metrics and deadlines using project management tools
• Collaborate with product operations leadership and sales/marketing teams to support business growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in life sciences commercial compliance, sales operations, or transparency reporting
• Or significant technical/customer support experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of U.S. and global laws related to life sciences sales and marketing
• Experience in customer-facing roles and customer support
• Project management experience
