Senior Manager, HRBP

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives for global scale-up, including performance management, org design, change management, compensation/commission management, and cultural integration.
• Champion employee engagement, fostering a positive and productive work environment across the team.
• Leverage data analytics to inform HR decisions and measure the impact of HR programs.
• Provide guidance and coaching to leaders at all levels to drive talent management and high performance.
• Lead HR projects related to team success, such as goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
• Manage all aspects of HR for assigned business units, including talent acquisition partnership, onboarding, and employee relations.

Requirements

• 7+ years HR experience, including HR Business Partner, OD, C&B, or TD, ideally in high-growth tech or finance.
• Experience working with C-suite executives in commercial client groups.
• Data-centric, able to analyze and translate HR data into actionable recommendations.
• Strategic and hands-on, able to provide business advice, not just HR operational support.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Experience working with global, remote teams across time zones.
• Passionate about building company culture and fostering collaboration.
• Proficiency in conversational Mandarin is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with performance management systems and C&B programs in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in cryptocurrency.
• Genuine passion for the crypto space and its impact on finance.
