Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a network of professional traders in the UAE, MENA, and Europe to drive revenue through high-touch relationship management.
  • Design and execute long-term regional sales strategies, setting targets for market penetration and volume growth.
  • Lead market-entry efforts by navigating local regulatory landscapes and adapting derivatives offerings to meet regional compliance requirements.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Risk, and Compliance teams to localize perpetual futures, futures, and options products.
  • Represent Coinbase at client meetings, industry events, and conferences to source new high-value opportunities.
  • Build and optimize sales processes and CRM workflows to scale the Prosumer Derivatives business.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in derivatives sales, trading, or structuring (crypto or FX/rates/equities) with a proven track record of closing high-profile clients.
  • Deep knowledge of the UAE, MENA, and European crypto regulatory and market environments.
  • Demonstrable expertise in perpetual futures, futures, and options.
  • Proven experience working with prosumer or advanced retail traders (e.g., professional day traders, desktop trading communities).
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the UAE, MENA, and European regions for client engagement.
  • Ability to utilize generative AI responsibly to drive workflow efficiency and quality.
