Senior Manager, Learning & Development

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a focused learning strategy aligned to business needs
• Build scalable, blended learning experiences for a distributed workforce
• Personally design and deliver high-impact programs including onboarding, leadership development, and compliance training
• Partner with Clinical Operations and IT to integrate subject matter expertise into programs
• Own and optimize the learning technology ecosystem including LMS and authoring tools
• Define and track success through learning adoption and business outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 7+ years designing and delivering learning programs
• Experience designing training for clinically focused teams
• Proven experience building manager and leadership capability
• Strong hands-on instructional design and program delivery experience
• Proficiency with learning technologies and AI-enabled tools
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment

• Educational background in health or life sciences
