Senior Manager/Manager - Compliance

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee regulatory compliance and AML/CTF obligations across a portfolio of client mandates within the ADGM / DIFC and UAE markets.
• Ensure clients are fully aligned with regulatory expectations by implementing industry-leading compliance frameworks, conducting ongoing monitoring, and serving as the principal regulatory liaison.
• Drive business growth by converting existing relationships into new opportunities and supporting the expansion of the compliance practice across Dubai and the wider UAE.
• Conduct internal training and awareness programs.
• Audit, monitor, and improve compliance processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
• Foster leadership, team development, and company culture.
• Continuously improve compliance and AML/CTF systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in compliance, AML/CTF, and regulatory governance.
• Strong understanding of ADGM/FSRA or DIFC/DFSA regulations.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage sensitive matters.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Experience in business development and client engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a compliance leadership role.
• Knowledge of RegTech solutions.
• Familiarity with international compliance frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
