Senior Manager/ Manager, Institutional Sales

Responsibilities

• Proactively source, pitch, and onboard institutional prospects (hedge funds, family offices, prop trading firms)
• Position Crypto.com ecosystem (Exchange, OTC desk, Custody) to meet institutional client needs
• Drive end-to-end onboarding, coordinating with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure seamless time-to-trade
• Act as primary relationship manager for a book of institutional clients; identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Provide market feedback to Product and Strategy on competitor pricing, feature gaps, and client pain points
• Maintain accurate sales activity, forecasts and KPIs (Trading Volume, AUM) in CRM

Requirements

• Native Arabic
• Professional English
• Institutional sales
• 4–7 years experience
• Crypto experience
• Spot & derivatives
• Custody workflows
• API / FIX knowledge
• CRM proficiency
• Sales quota track record
• Relationship management
• Onboarding execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing institutional network (crypto funds, HFT, asset managers)
• Experience working with senior stakeholders (Portfolio Managers, Ops Heads)
• Startup mindset; ability to pivot quickly with changing market and regulatory environments
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
