Responsibilities
- Own Amazon end-to-end for the owned brand portfolio, including assortment, pricing, promotions, and merchandising
- Build and run AI-powered workflows and automations for reporting, listing optimization, and forecasting
- Use AI to monitor Amazon policy, algorithm, and competitive shifts to drive operational priorities
- Manage the Amazon agency and QVC broker with clear expectations and accountability
- Execute plans across TikTok Shop, QVC, and iHerb aligned to revenue and margin guardrails
- Partner cross-functionally with finance, supply chain, and brand teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of direct, hands-on Amazon ownership
- Non-negotiable hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Demonstrated experience automating tools and processes using AI
- High AI fluency for researching, analyzing, and building smarter processes
- Proven experience managing external agencies
- Strong analytical skills across multi-brand or multi-SKU portfolios
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with TikTok Shop, QVC, or live commerce
- Experience with iHerb
- CPG or consumer products background
