Senior Manager of Business Transformation

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, roadmaps, timelines, and risk registers for complex engagements
• Conduct pre-launch readiness assessments including workflows, staffing, and training
• Coordinate complex workstreams across clinical operations, pharmacy, IT, and EMR integration
• Drive completion of multiple concurrent implementations across multiple sites
• Deliver executive-ready status updates and facilitate governance through steering committees
• Analyze workflows and performance data to suggest improvement opportunities and refine implementation playbooks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Pharmacy, or related field
• 4–6+ years of healthcare, pharmacy, or implementation project management experience
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or direct project management experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale, cross-functional implementations simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet and MS Office Suite
• Intermediate knowledge of AI tools and interest in deploying them at health system partners

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of Management Consulting experience
• Experience in specialty pharmacy or outpatient clinical program implementation
• Familiarity with EMR systems and healthcare technology integrations
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification
• Advanced degree such as MBA, MHA, or MS
